I am forced to stay in the Gardner hotel which I thought was a nice hotel/hostel according from their website. http://gardnerhotel.com/
Two weeks ago a drunk man came into my room and tried to get into my bed. When i got him out, after he cussed me out. I called the front desk. The clerk accused me of being in the wrong room! I had to prove by getting dressed and going downstairs that this was my room. Come to find out the clerk gave a drunk a master key. He was too drunk to know what room he was going into. Most of the time the internet or HBO does not work, I have videoed episodes of outage. I have to pay a dollar per cup of coffee and can not use kitchen, not even the microwave and they offer no ice. I am so dis-satisfied. I paid for a month in advance, Im a transfer student from Montana. They refused to give me a refund after the drunk incident so I am forced to stay here. I would like a full refund to stay in a safer and better hotel who offers what they say they offer, not lie to the public. The place is a dump, nothing like the website. I think the website is false advertising for out of townees like myself.
