A person by the name of Shawn called and told me all that you said they do,(tech damage, virus, etc. we will fix it then they asked what program do I want. the 99.99 was for 6 months. He chatted a lot while doing what ever he was doing to "fix" my computer. I am noticing the same problems and tried to email them and got no response and the link did not come from them. He gave me an ID no. 866 724 310 password 6390 and tele. # 888 613 9272 . I cannot reach them and the phone does not connect. please help this retired business manaager, age 80 as I feel like such a darn fool and angry. Thank you
