I checked my checking account today as usual, saw a check, I never write checks! and it was an OLD check number at that.. I called the company, they talked like they had a mouth full of crap, and could hardly understand anyone. I asked them to refund me because I have never heard of this company and it was fraudulent, they said I would get my $30.00 back when I completed my loan. I said I don't want/need a loan.. If I needed a loan I would go to my bank! I asked to speak to a manager, the manager was extremely rude, Gwen Davis, she hung up on me, I called back 3 more times, spoke to people who put me on hold for 10 minutes at a time, finally called, got another manager named Travis Cross, he laughed at me, called me stupid, and then proceeded to hang up on me again... This company is ridiculous, I have filed with BBB, and am disputing the money with my bank. I didn't approve this, and they shouldn't get away with my $30.00. I also encourage everyone else here to file with BBB.
