i had applied for a load online in june... but i decided not to follow through b/c my bank offered loans and i felt it would be better to do it that way... this company claim they gave me $250 which i have not yet found on my statement... this company started trying to take money out of my acct since june... i say trying b/c my bank denied them but it caused me to get declined check fees and overdraft fees and im trying to find out how is this legal... even if money was deposited in my acct (which i just got the papers and will call bank in the morning to go over everything with me)how can they put money in my acct without my knowledge. anyways is there a counter lawsuit in place to put them out of business... b/c these A**holes just called my job today telling my supervisor and operations manager that the shift is coming to summons me... i am embarrassed and confused and pissed all the way off...
