I called them because my AC was not working and could not cool past 77 degrees. They assured me the service they would do would fix the problem. so upon their recomendation did the work they recommended. the AC worked no better and I had to have someone else fix it. It was actually fixed FOR FREE. All that had to happend was to move the float mechanism up an eighth of an inch. But Air Care did all kinds of things, that did nothing to solve my problem and outrageously billed me. I called them to fix the problem. They did n ot fix it and charged me $752 . they bait and switched me. I called them based on their ad and they did not fix the problem.
