I ordered the starter kit and I totally loved the taste. I stopped the automatic refill and was just ordering when I needed to. The first 2 orders were here within the 2-4 days promised. Amazingly then it started taking between 10-14 days to receive my product. Then I even had a floor "supervisor" hang up on me! The last 3 orders placed convinced me that I had to report them to the BBB of the USA and their local BBB. Do NOT even consider using this company - you will be out the money that you pay and upfront and wait up to 2 weeks for it to arrive.
