I stopped using the Orchard Bank issued Credit Card over one and a half years ago and my balance hasn't gone down after making my monthly payments each month.The fees and charges have even raised my initial balance of $500 dollars to $527.98 balance as of today.That's unbelievable!

- You just say your paying your monthly payments, this is not enough info for a complaint. If your monthly interest equals the amount you are paying then your debt will never reduce you are only paying your interest fees. You need to pay an amount above your interest and any fees (late fees etc.) to reduce your debt. Is this what you have been doing? You were not specific about this point.
