they just won't take responsibility for error or fraud complaints. one has to spend a thousand hours on the phone and they still 'don't know nothing.' Two filed this month (1200.00) with one arrest--nothing. it's a movie. i'm disabled. i'm in physical pain. i was a 9-11 initial responder. they took my December rent. i wrote the AG and FDIC: no response. got a letter yesterday saying they no longer have FDIC protection on non-interest bearing accounts effective 1/1/13. they're criminals.
