I did not order anything, and got a bottle in the mail with no packing slip or anything else. I sent back to the return address with a letter saying I didn't order anything. A month later the charge of $99.90 shows up on my checking account statement. I disputed with the bank, and they contacted the company, who sent back faxed copies of a radio ad, a transaction document and directions on what I should have done to return the bottle. I had never done business with this company, however last year I did order something from another company over the internet...I believe it's the same people, different company name, and they continued to use my information to charge more $$ to my account....which would explain why I also got 2 other unordered shipments of various types of diet or colon cleansing products through the winter. I have since cancelled my debit card so they can't use it any more.
