My mother had her car Serviced and MOT done which costed her £250, we started to complain to the company the same day that the brakes was not feeling wright and the following day i taken the car back to the garage and was told that there was nothing wrong with it. The brakes on the car was clicking and making a loud clicking noise both me and my mother was told to shout up and get lost and it is normal for the car brakes to make these noises on the first week, at the same time i was told that our custom was no longer wanted and get out and please do not call us or use this garage again.
i reported this matter to our local Trading Standards department and i was advised to write to the company before i take any other route
