My husband ordered in August, did not like product. Called and cancelled on 9/3. On 9/6, we had $95.96 deducted from our account from Innerthrive. When i called i was told that they had no record of us cancelling. I was told that the shipment was going out that day - i said no cancel it. I was informed that it could not be stopped and i would have to receive the shipment, get an RMA number and ship back. At that point i would be refunded our money less 15% restocking. I requested the RMA right there and then so i could send back immediately. ON 9/10 we received the shipment; however there was NO product just the free pill holder and literature. I called on 9/11 first thing in the morning and explained situation. Told the company i would send the free stuff back if they wanted, and to go ahead and credit the account since nothing was received. I called 2 additional times during the day and was reassured that my situation had been escalated to priority status. I called back that evening was was told that the order had shipped out that day!! I asked why did the order ship on 9/11 when i had cancelled on 9/6? i was told that they HAD to ship the order even though the account was cancelled because i did not receive product and I had to send it back using the RMA that was issued. On 9/14 we then received (2)shipments - that had actually been processed within 1 minute of each at 6:30pm on 9/11. We shipped EVERYTHING back 2nd UPS on 9/18 that was delivered and signed for at 10:32am on 9/20. I was told numerous times (yes i call this company every day )that my refund would take 24 hours -I called last night and was told that my money would be available in my bank account today -. Still not there and bank is not showing anything. I called today and was told 3 different stories - 1st was that credit couldn't be issued until return had been processed. Once that was established, i was then told that it take 7 -10 days - Once again after explaining that i was told different, i was then told the money would be in my account by Thursday of this week, Friday at the latest. This company needs to be out of business - they are running a scam when it comes to refunds - When i ask for a manager's name, i am always given Christina - the training manager- but she is of course is never available. I have spoke to floor supervisors and they are completely worthless. DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!
