My mother received a call from a man ROGER ALLEN he told her she won $3.5million dollars and car. And before she can get her money she would have to send them the money for the shipping and handling of $110.00 dollars and then he called her back and said it was a problem now she would have to send money for the taxes in the amount of $22,500 dollars and she could write a check and she told them she didn't have no money in her back account only .25 cents. And he told her she would have the money by the first to put in the bank to cover the check she wrote so to write one and send it to a man in Texas. So now she owe the bank $22,500 dollars.
