On 4th October I ordered from the above company two "free samples" of sylk and vitalyze. The advert said I had to pay postage of £2.9O.
I now see from my bank statement that $98.78 (64.36£ English) has been taken from my account. I am devestated. I am a pensioner and live on a very small pension.
Please can someone help me.

Get in contact with your bank and get them to put a block on any payments going out to America, this company goes under two names, get your bank to take note of the names and block payment. The bank might say that they can't do anything until you cancel the product, say you want to speak to person who deals with fraud, they can block and monitor your bank account. If you want to cancel the number is 08082342043. Please note that this number is in America and will cost quite a bit to call. Call about 14:00, they will give you all this hard sell rubbish, be insistent, that you want to cancel.
