We sold our timeshare at a meeting with Sunset Harbor Resort (which is also located at 6132 W. Sahara Ave. Las Vegas, NV) in July of 2011 with their representative Brandon "BJ" Cooke. We had unused credits through our exchange club (RCI) from our timeshare and Mr. Cooke said if we joined the Point Rental Liquidators club at a price of $498.00, we could sell our credits (34,000 at .815 for $2771.00). This transaction would be completed by January 15, 2012 and we would then received the check. At the end of January 2012 I called and asked when we could expect the check. I was told they were "behind" and it would be the end of the next quarter. Since then I have called numerous times after each quarter and have been given the same "behind" excuse. A couple of times the office girl "Sara" has actually hung up on me. Our exchange club (RCI) notified us that our credits were about to expire. Point Rental Liquidators personnel said not to worry as they have an agreement with RCI and the credits would NOT expire. Since then most of these credits HAVE expired and now we have lost the value of those. We have tried contacting Mr Cooke but he has NEVER returned our calls.
