We were told at a dinner meeting on April 27, 2012 at Western Sizzlin in Oxford, Al. that we could join Points Rental Liquidators for the sum of $1799.00 and would be awarded 50,000 bonus points that would be rented for 8.5 cents each and we would receive a check in October of 2012. When I called in September to check (after several failed calls that were not returned) I was told that the check would be mailed in November. In October, I again called and was told that the check would be sent out in February of 2013. On November 21, I called and was told that the company, PRL, had liquidated and that I would not receive anything since I had joined before October 1, 2012. I would appreciate any help you can give me in getting the $1799.00 refunded. We are retired on a fixed income and cannot afford in this economy to lose this amount of money.
