Ordered a dress from what looked like a UK site
Asked first if the sizing was UK as I wanted a UK size 6, they assured me I would get a UK size 6. What I got was A dress with a size 6 label but was more like a UK size 12, It swamped me and is of no use. when trying to get a replacement I discovered this is a Chinese drop shipper, they wont give a phone number even tho I speak fluent Chinese.They will not give me an address to return the dress and will not refund. I am at present going through a paypal dispute with them as this was the only way to get their attention.
I am very disapointed I feel they misrepresent their country of origin and offer no real customer service only delaying tactics to get the paypal payment past the date for dispute. after looking at sites listing other problems i now know I made a big mistake ever buying from them. even the photo of the live chat is a western woman, what fakes

  • after making a paypal dispute I have been offered a full refund inc return postage, however after reading the item below I would advise anyone never to end their paypal dispute as you can never reopen it later if they dont keep their promise. anyway a full reund will end the dispute automaticaly.

  • ok I got my money back through paypal. so I am happy.
    I would never use this site again. I returned the item via fedex collect as they have an account with them . I just put return to sender snd dropped it off at fedex no cost to me. its still sitting in Shanghai as they wont accept delivery. Who cares I got my money back.
