I responded to a "special offer" for an ecig starter kit online advertised at £4.95 for one rechargable battery ( cost £9.99 from usual supplier), 2 x refills ( cost £5.99 for 5 from usual supplier) and 1 x USB charger ( worth approx, £5 ). Received the kit, found product inferior ( tasted nasty!) so never used again. Ecigs since sent me 4 packs (20 refills) which I did not order and just realised from latest bank statement (as no price on invoice) that they have debited a total of £132.93 from my account leaving me overdrawn. These products are only worth at most £35 so how can they get away with this gross scam? Having just been made redundant I am furious that they have put me in this position and need my money back immediately - happy to return product as, even if I liked it (which I don't), I do not wish to deal with such an unscrupulous company ever again
