This company hires subcontractors to do the jobs they get through insurance companies and callins. They hire you and give you a job to do but they never have the right material or enough material on these jobs to do them. Additionally they give no support or help in the completion of these jobs. Some of the jobs take a month or more to complete and we are not given any money for operating costs or anything untill the jobs are comepleted and even then it takes 24 Restore another month or more to accually pay for the work I have done for them.
This is so inhumane and immorral to expect any worker to be able to drive to work any survive for months without recieving any money at all for doing thier jobs. This company is so greedy and cheap they pay bare minimum to begin with and then it takes forever to get paid for doing the job for them. I have lost many of my own jobs because of the promised monies not being paid in a timely manner. My personal business can not operate on zero money for these exstensive period of times. They have created many many hardships for me because of their unwillingness to pay out what and when they should. State law even requires that contractors be paid within a month but 24 Restore ignores this law and makes their own rules as they go.
