This is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. It has been nothing but a nightmare the entire process. During our clean-up process we left instructions with multiple members of their company to not enter two locations in the house, not to mention we put signs on those areas letting them know DO NOT ENTER. They entered anyway!! We feel so violated by this company I am going to do everything in my power to spread the word of our nightmares. Please do yourself a favor DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. After raising our concerns about the extreme violation of our privacy one of the sales guys directly said to me, "If you really have a problem with us cleaning another area in the house then we are not interested in completing the job." He wouldn't have had the choice to complete it after speaking to me that way; I relieved them of their service. I am close to calling the police on this company. Such a nightmare! Spare yourself!
