I bought AIR France ticket to Abidjan (Ivory Coast) with CHEAPFLIGHTTK. I saw the ticket on their web site WWW.CHEAPFLIGHTTKT.CO.UK with the price 799 pounds to Abidjan.
I then called to discuss this further with a member of their staff named JP who then confirmed the price 799 pounds. After that conversation JP sent me a ticket where it is clearly marked 799 pounds and also demanding that I fill in my details and make payment, which I did the following day (15/11/2012). A soon as I made payment, I sent an e-mail asking for my ticket to be sent to my e-mail. This however did not happen. I sent again the following day as well as making phone calls to your office. On Tuesday the 20th of November I called and was told my ticket was going to be sent to me the following day. This was not done and no one mentioned to me that the ticket price was 1300 pounds instead of 799 pounds. On Thursday the 23 rd of November 2012 I called again only to be told that my ticket is 1300+ and was asked to check the small print. It is then I saw and read that the price of 799 is not the full price and that I had to pay 508 pounds extra in order to get my ticket sent to me.
I am disappointed with the way this has been conducted. I travel frequently to Africa and I had never experience anything like this before. I need to know why such an important part of the cost is put in the small print instead; surely 799 and not the same as 1300+?

I called and after discussion with the staff I was promised the manager will get back to me. I waited for approximately 20mns and the phone went dead on me.
I felt cheated and demand that my ticket be sent to me or that my money be reimbursed fully so I can search and book a new ticket to Abidjan. They agreed to cancel my ticket and to charge me 200 pounds which they later on reduce to 175 pounds. Since the 22nd this was agreed and up to today no refund has been paid to my account. I called several times their number and it is answer machine that takes the calls now. no one there to speak to. Please help.
