I had already purchased one lot of Liproxanol and thought to try the months supply that I had ordered. Two weeks later, with no notification, another payment had been taken out of my credit card for the same amount. I emailed the company and requested that they cancel any orders they may have which I have received a reply that this has been done. I am waiting to see if I will be refunded the second payment or if I will receive one last order in the mail. I'm not holding my breath. I also let them know that their website did not say at any stage that there would be ongoing orders sent out with no notice

hay there good thing you posted this as i was going to order some but then decided not to after what you wrote this is what i found on there web page
9. Refunds
We will issue a refund for the first bottle (opened or unopened) if it is returned back to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase. If product is not received back to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase then a refund will not be provided - no exceptions.
If you purchased one of our special offers or received a free gift with your order, all items must be returned back to our warehouse to receive a refund. A Restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returns. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. Buyer must pay for return shipping. We will not be held responsible for packages that are not received back to our warehouse. We recommend orders to be sent via tracked courier or return receipt requested so sender can determine where the return is and also the date of delivery.
Recurring Orders: We do not offer refunds on recurring orders. We will only refund the first bottle ordered. The 2nd bottle onwards will not be refunded. If recurring orders (orders after first bottle) have been sent to customer then it is assumed customer wanted the order as they did not cancel their membership program, and therefore a refund will not be provided. -
