I was out of the USA on a mission trip in the month of June, July and part of August 2011. When I returned, needless to say my bills and other mail was pilled up. After opening my Edward Jones account statement I notice two withdrawals for the same amount of $44.09 each . The first one was taken out on the 7th of July the next on the 10th of July. I called the 866 907-9689 and was given the options to leave information however the users mail box is always full and you can not leave a number.
