ck. was written on 10/26/12 taken out of my ck. acct on 12/7/12. lucky my mortage had already cleared. but my bank went ahead and paid this anyways resulting in over draft fees of 29.00. I had to return to the bank and fill out two forms, an eft (error resolution form), and a written ststement of unauthorized debit. Now my acct. is frozen until they ck. it out. All this because some crook is to lazy to get a job.
