I purchased your BOGO PIC HOAX, you did not bother to send the pans, fondue set or the utensile which was to be send free with my purchase. You charged me in total $113.81 and two payments of $40.96, which you will never see, because I contacted my bank and stopped payment and no further payments will be sent to you because I can not use the the NuWave Cooktop without pans. You failed to ship my complete order as you said you would.THIS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS ON YOUR PART, and I do not mind letting the world know about it.
