To start they pretended they were Apple! They told me my warranty was up when in fact it was still covered by Apple for 146 days.They knew I thought they were apple & they didn't identify themselves as a separate company that supports apple products. After 2 hours on the phone, they could not fix the problem, and I kept asking if I could just take it to the store and get them to fix it there since people do better with technology in person. When I asked if I could use the confirmation number to have apple look up and see what we've already tried to do to fix it, the employee said "YES, you can use this #& they will look up what we've tried." The calls are recorded and I have at least half a dozen to a dozen calls with them, all very misleading. Their own employees told me they have a problem within the company MISLEADING people, and when I called to get the full refund (which they earlier told me I could get) I talked to a supervisor who said they have no problems with misleading and they'd only refund me 29.99 because they still tried to fix it. (There was even one call they connected me to apple!!!!) They said it was my fault I didn't know they weren't apple and when I tried to explain all the red-flags their company made, they basically called me a liar. I've never been so upset with a company to actually go through with filing a complaint, however, this is too far. They have the calls recorded (so they say) They need to be held accountable. Apple employees said they've had other customers with the same problem!
