I was contacted by the company saying I had been accepted for a loan. they asked for my bank details as they needed to confirm I had a bank account and where did i want the money paid in to. I did say they wouldn't take any money, no was the answer. i was told i would get an email to complete the application. I didnt get an email so i emailed them. I then subsequently got an email with a few lenders names, which were nothing like what I had asked for. Pay day loans etc when I needed a loan to help me move after a bereavement.

I check my account after xmas and the money had gone!! I tried ringing but they do no answer. there was an ansa phone message which said xmas closing hours which were all the wrong dates, so probably from some recorded message from last year!

I guess they are having a good new year I am not they have left me short to get to work.

I have reported it to my bank and will take it further and report them on any site I can, plus check the FSA!

I can see other people have had the same problem these people must be stopped!
