bought cyberlink youcam 5 deluxe.wanted a refund.they charged me$US43.00. then charged me again$US43.00. total=$US86.00.they sent me a link with an email to fill out purchase and license numbers,but i could not type my name in signature box. so nw i will have to spend money mailing it.my beef with them is the unauthorized second charge!i have my credit card provider investigating this matter.happend december 6 2012
