I too had a blob pop up for short survey, and had a chance to try face cream,StemCell Activ 30ml Silver jar, for $2.95. Yesterday I received another jar that was not authorized by me,did not like the trial jar. I called customer service at 4:27 to complain about this, and to get the RMA return number. Refused to give me such number, offered me a 40% refund, told her NO, why would I get only 40% refund on something I did not order or want. Called again today after going to bank to duspute this charge,and cancel my account, and was told by this person that yes I did call yesterday and had agreed to the 40%refund according to the notes of yesterdays person. Informed todays person that was not true and she told me it's in the notes. Asked for a supervisor, refused my request. This company needs to be put out of business, they are cons. The Federal Government needs to take care of this company.
