I went online to the site because they advertised a good rate for the hotel that I wanted. I booked the room, received a confirmation, and the hotel never received the booking. I called the company and they said that I could not cancel or receive a refund because the booking was non-refundable. I talked to 3 or 4 different represenatives. This is definitely a SCAM. It seems to be a legitimate web site but they kept me on the phone for almost 2 hours. It was probably the worst end-to-end customer services experience in the history of online booking.

- They did not offer any apologies for the trouble. I would have liked a refund but that will not happen at this point. I'd just like other folks to make sure they stay away from booking on this site.
