I paid a deposit of $5000 to Carl Weily Stick Delights for a mobile food trailer and had to cancel the order and was told he would refund the deposit. Six months later I'm still waiting and cannot get a response from him. I will seek legal recourse now. Beware of doing business with this guy. I see a previous complaint was reported against him (complaint num. 154272 on 05/2012)
Update: 05/15/2013
This complaint is currently being resolved and hopefully deposit will be refunded in due course. Please note that due to Scambook policy I am unable to edit original complaint.
