I paid for the shipment of the free trial of the Superbeta Prostate. I received it and while I was still using it, I was billed for the second bottle. But I rejected it and returned it through the post office. Yet, an amount of $46.94 was deducted from my acount the said bottle on January 18, 2013.
Please note that, before then I had talked to somebody of your Customer Service,and requested for reimbursement because I decided not to use it. I was told that I would be reimbursed. Thus I write to claim my money. Please help. Thanks.
