Similar to everyone else, saw it advertised on line (facebook from memory). I clicked on it and it sounded okay so I clicked on it to get the "Free Trial".
As everyone says, it took ages to arrive, then I got charged for it to my credit card. the same thing happened for the Cellan tablets that go with the Coleanse tablets. They arrived even later after the Coleanse tablets, so I couldn't even take them together as is recommended. Shortly after they arrived I got billed for them too. I'm thinking to myself...they were supposed to be a free trial. I hadn't even got around to starting them yet and the next bottle of coleanse arrived...that's when I got suspicious as it was only supposed to be a 1 month supply so I got on line and see all these complaints about the company being a rip off and all these people who had complaints just like mine. I have looked at their home page and the terms and conditions are stated there...but I don't remember being given the opportunity to see them when I first clicked on the free trial button.
I have checked out on their home page how to stop the process and have today sent them an email. As I am typing this I am on hold to the 1800 008 114 number for "customer support" in Australia....I have been on hold for 20 minutes with no joy!
Tell all your friends not to go near them!
