I ordered a DVD boxed set of the TV Show L.A. Law on December 15th, 2012 and paid for it at the time. I was told the order would arrive in 3 weeks. I never received my order and when I contacted Gordon Kennedy, he sympathized with me and told me he would send another set of DVD's immediately. When those didn't arrive I contacted my credit card company and had the charge reversed. I notified Gordon and he became belligerent and ceased communications. They should be shut down and prosicuted. I'm glad I didn't wait any longer to reverse the charge.

- Did you actually speak to G. Kennedy and if so what phone number did you obtain? I too have been scammed and his e-mail promises of a refund never happened. I hope the company gets arrested for fraud and illegal DVD pirating. The company or scam is affiliated with xeo vent - another dvd scam.

DVD Moose and it's parent company (XEO Vent Oakville On Canada and also affiliated with the United States) I believe has been busted.
Their websites are gone! I'm pleased that other people won't get scammed by their "advertising genuine DVDs" and sending or not pirated illegal copies. Unfortunately, I'm out my money. Hopefully the scammers involved are arrested. -
