Purchased a Christmas gift (DVD set). Never received the gift and they have stopped returning my emails. Received an order confirmation and received two emails from them noting that the package was on its way. Now that its been two months, I haven't received anything and I have already paid my credit card bill.

- The exact same thing happened to me and I doubt we will ever see either the DVDs or a refund. They have even blocked me from sending emails. Total scam.
