I registered with them, but didn't expect to pay at the time, so I closed the page. Later I got a call from their rep who basically talked me into paying... thought it is from the government like everyone else! TRICK - you can't see that a payment of $450 is required until you press PRINT. That's when it is all over - you hit print they say you have completed the process. Contacted BBB - can't do anything about them! Fact - fight to the end! I got most of my money back.
