$14.99 per month from 8/18/2011 thru 2/18/2013 (total of $268.82) has been charged to my Discover card without my authorization. I have never nor would I want this type of service. I attempted to reach the company at the telephone number listed beside the transaction without success no matter what day/time I called. It was ALWAYS busy & nobody would ever answer. I finally got tired of trying to dispute with Real.com & contacted my credit card company. They are putting a stop on any future charges and beginning an investigation into this matter from their end. They are giving me a temporary credit until its resolved. I also informed that I found information on the internet that many others were having the same problems so I'm sure this is a larger problem than we think.
