I pulled up Totally Wicked and this ad came up for a Free Starter kit for $4.95. I contacted Totally Wicked and they did not have such a order. I just received the "Starter Kit" which is only refills, no accessories from Saphire E-Cigarettes. I guess I have another surprise coming when I will be billed more. I will call the 800# tomorrow for my full refund and to cancel what ever else I may be being billed for.
