I had been hearing about the government giving $2,000 voucher cards for a study on grocery spending and to call the 800 #. I thought why not, so I called and was told $19.95 for processing & shipping. I asked a lot of questions and was assured several times it works like a debit card for the named brand items I buy and no coupons to cut out, use or print. The guy didn't finalize my order as he hung up on me after I refused 10 other offers for monthly fees. I tried calling back, but was given a different # to call for complaints. So...I finally get my card and try to file a complaint to get my money back. The girl was convencing to try it. I decided to look around and guess what? All the ones I would use don't have any coupons available at this time AND I have to sign up for email lists and give out friend's emails...this is something I can do all on my own and NOT spend the money. I have filed fraud charges with my bank.
