Their web page offered a trial bottle of their product for both Tonedetox and Pureberry max for the shipping price of $2.95 each that would be charged to a credit card, etc, but unlike most ligitimate companies on the web there is not a box for the customer to check that they agree to the terms and conditions of these products. Instead their terms and conditions is at the bottom of the page in very small print which I did notice unyil I was told by a rep of the company when I called to ask why my credit card had been charged. Within these terms is the only place you will find anything about the 14 days to cancel or that you will be charged $89.87 and $79.99. There was no mention of the Satisfaction Guarantee in the terms. There is a shape of a seal with the words Satisfaction Guaranteed printed by the bottle of Tonedetox in your ad. What does this mean? Why would a company who states that they are thinking about their customer's health not send them the 15 day trial instead of sending them a 30 day supply of something that they might not be satisfied with and take a chance of loosing 15 days of capsules? I believe I am due a refund of the total amount since there was negligence in disclosing, up front and bold, of the consequences. The capsules did not help me at all. This certainly looks like a SCAM to me.
