I ordered 2 starter kits. They finally sent me one rma but after sending them an intent to sue
they have closed all my tickets and will not respond. They have charged my account 4.95 X2
99.67 X 2 and shipping their products back has cost me 5.85 X 2
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY> They even charged my credit card again after I told them they were not authorized to do so. They insist that we agreed to some recurring charges on their webpage when we ordered. This is simply false and when looking at their page today they have the terms in black at the bottom of the page. Now I am legally blind so they made that impossible for me or anyone else for that matter to see. FRAUD

- So they have told me on their support page that I will be issued a creidt based on the amount of carbomizers I returned in the kit. lol They are going to keep my money one way or the other . However, they refused to supply me with rma numbers when I called on the 14th day. And it also says in their terms I have 30 days after I contact them to \return and I will not be charged another dollar(based on the terms we supposedly all agreed to. Returned all products . Filed with the BB in SC. AND with the Attorney Generals office in Indiana. Hopefully we will stop this company from their fraudulent practices.

- They refunded 34.95 times two. So they charged me for 2 refills of carbomizers amounting to 4 boxes of carbomizers which are not even included in the trial kit. 1 box of carbomizers is what comes with the trial kit.
