Bought a blouse from the 'Karen Millen outlet' thought it was a genuine website but when the blouse arrived after a lot of chasing it was completely different fabric, they offered me a 20% refund saying if I send it back it will most likely get lost in the post! I am now trying to get the money back through my credit card guarantee. There are far too many websites claimin to be in the UK or US but you only find out the true lication when your payment is converted from another far eastern currency.
