My name is Carrie Brenner and I'm the Marketing Specialist at GiftCardRescue.com. Your complaint has been brought to my attention by a Complaint Investigator at ScamBook. I would like to first apologize about your poor experience with our company. It's not our intention to "scam" any of our customers or not give them the payment they were promised. We've been in business for five years now and originally got our start on the ABC show, Shark Tank. We would no longer be in business if we were conducting fraudulent activity.
