I was contacted by James Carrington on July 3, 2012 to start my own business of recruiting merchant leads for the company, JST Merchant Services, to have them change over their credit card processing machines to JST Merchant Services for a smaller/lesser processing fee than the merchants were currently paying. I was to receive $500 per card-swiping machine the merchant had at the time of the change over, and a residual percentage of the charges processed through these machines. I was sold 6000 leads at $10 per lead. Of these 6000 lead, I received no sells. My account would show leads that the company was working on, but eventually none of them was a sale. The contact person that called me each week said that this was most unusual and that there were two leads that would change their accounts over at a later date and I would receive the monies at that later time, this being $2000 from one merchant and $3000 from the other. To this date, I have not received any monies from this company and have had no contact with them. I have since been contacted by another company with a similiar operation, but without selling the $10 leads. When I told the person that called me that I had been in a situation similiar to what he was selling, he directed me to the state of Arizona to see that the company is in good stating with the state. This person avowed to have no knowledge of another company with a similiar operation. I signed up with this company, but when I looked at my credit card statement the next day, the merchant charge was JST Merchant Services. I had the bank decline the charge so that I don't get scammed twice by the same company operating under another name.
