Just to ad to all of the complaints. I too had the similar happenings over the summer being charged the $97.00ish. I called and the person on the other end was pretty nice and explained if the trial wasn't canceled I would be charged the full amount. I hate these online trials because no matter how you read it, you end up being screwed these days, except, this time I explained how I had an allergic reaction to one of the ingredients and broke out. I didn't get my refund in full but I did get back nearly $60.00 of it and I was told to keep the product.
Keep it in mind I've been burned 100 x's over my experiences, the key now is to fight back w/bull when ever the opportunity presents itself, because you know technology can put it on our credit without our ability to fight it.
