I had a motherboard lock up on me after updating the bios. I called mytechhelp cause they were on the asus website, so I thought they were techs for asus. I explained the problem, the rep assured me he could help, I just had to pay 99.99. After being transferred to a tech, the tech told me he cant help me and that my problem was a hardware issue. I called the rep back told him its a hardware issue. He then said ok, that will be 199.99 dollars. I said no way! Demanded my 99.99 back he said he would transfer me to a billing specialist. They said they cant refund the 99 back, then they finally refunded me 99 back, but charged me 60 dollars instead. I told them I want all my money back and that they never fixed my problem. To this day they have refused to refund me like their computers are unable to refund money. They are fast to take money, but refuse to give back money.
