I received an unsolicited call from NBM claiming they could save me thousands of dollars in debt and promising they could help me save my home from foreclosure. I told them I couldn't afford their services but they were extremely high pressure and eventually got me to agree to sign up and took their money from one of my credit cards. Within days it was obvious it was a scam. They were denying they made any promises and refused to return my money. I filed a complaint with the credit card company but, following their investigation, said I verbally agreed to it and therefore I was responsible and out of luck. I have been unable to reach NBM since then; the phone number they gave me is now a fax number for someone. I found another number they had given me and I got a message reply from someone else.
