- I have heard about these false lotteries from other countries for years now, but the catch, of course, is that you have to pay money to get your "winnings". I would think that you could try to contact the ambassador number of the countries involved, call information in Washington, DC. I am very sorry for you and hope that you can get some kind of justice.
