I purchased jewelry for my baby daughter's birthday from this company. They took the payment from my credit card but never sent the jewelry. I checked the Better Business Bureau website and noticed this company has a very low score. An F to be exact. They have pulled this same scam on several consumers. The company only has two employees from my understanding and neither one of answers the phone or responds to emails. Think twice about ordering from online companies that may not even be a real company. Just because the website looks ok doesn't mean it's trustworthy! This so called business has Facebook, Twitter, & several other social networking pages. Please be aware!

    Firstly I would like to apologize that you had a poor experience with our shop. I can assure you that we have every intention to treat each customer with utmost respect and give stellar service each and every time. Unfortunately we are human and we do make mistakes, and when we do, we bend over backwards to correct them or make it right. Yes we do have webpages, facebook pages and twitter and we are real people (a family business and no we do not have many employees but that does not make us any less valid) and all those pages are real and all of our customers are real.

    No we do not always answer our phones because we do package orders and are not always able to answer the phones as much as we would like to, but we always answer our e-mails, every single one of them. So I am surprised, that if you did send an e-mail with this type of complaint as you have on this scam page, I would have definitely remembered it and would not have let you stay upset. We would have responded and remedied the situation, long before it reached this.

    But it if you did send an e-mail as you mentioned please go ahead and forward this email again and I will be sure to watch out for it, but also please include an order number because I tried to research this myself and found no orders on the day indicated on either site that was not fulfilled and shipped, so it may have been lost in transit.

    Whatever the issue is, we are here to help. Feel free to e-mail us or you may post a message on our Facebook page with your info and order number and we will be happy to look it up and take care of you.
