My wife contacted Air Care Solutions to come out and clean our ducts. We had not used them before, but found a coupon in the Moneypages.

They hooked up the machine to only one vent stating that it would clean all of the others.

We were told we had mold in our ducts and that we would need UV filtering/cleaning and sanitation anywhere from $200 to over $700.

I declined as previous service companies had never said anything about it.

Our AC unit has not worked since they 'added freon' that was 'needed'.

I have called 5 times to have them fix the unit and was told they have to 'check with their supervisor' first.


I am extremely disappointed in the service and lack of follow up.

I should have done research prior to calling them to do the service.

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
