In September 2012, I ordered and paid for one ceramic/bisque item from "Mabel" at MEM-Art Ceramics. The cost was $25 total. After waiting quite a long while, and not receiving the item, I contacted Mabel, who had a plausible explanation for the delay. I waited more, with no item received still. So, I contacted her again, with the same results: a plausible explanation, but still no item sent. I have tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, but really, 7 months later, with MANY contacts via email and phone, and STILL no item, I now think this company is just a SCAM. It's a shame, because had she sent the item and it was received in good condition, I would have most certainly ordered from her again. Now, I will be contacting the BBB, and trying to see if I can get the police involved.
